Supplier code of conduct

Suppliers shall maintain the highest standards of corporate ethics and integrity and shall comply with all applicable federal, provincial, state, and local laws, regulations and procedures.

The attached supplier code of conduct shall be included as a schedule in TRU contracts and must be signed by the supplier for the contracts to take effect.

Purchase order terms and conditions

The following purchase order terms and conditions shall form part of all purchase orders issued by procurement services unless otherwise negotiated.
